By playing Math King or creating an account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering. Users under 13 should play with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
• One account should not be shared between multiple people
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or harm other players

Fair Play

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or disrupt online matches
• Do not use offensive display names or harass other players in lobbies
• Follow the in-game rules and respect turn timers and match limits

Online Play

Online lobbies depend on network connectivity and server availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Disconnects during a match may affect scores or match results.

Purchases & Virtual Items

• Premium, Remove Ads, gold, cosmetics, and similar items are sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store where available
• Prices are shown in the shop; store billing terms apply to refunds and payment methods
• Virtual currency and cosmetics have no real-world cash value and are for use in Math King only
• Purchases are tied to your Math King account after the store confirms the transaction

Advertising

The free version may show optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitial ads. Buying Remove Ads or Premium stops those ads on your account, subject to successful purchase restoration.

Intellectual Property

Math King artwork, logo, cards, sounds, and game design belong to the project owners. You may play the game for personal, non-commercial use only unless we give written permission otherwise.

Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is" for educational entertainment. We do not guarantee error-free operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the game.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
